As for our refund policy, we may refund your money if you are unable to download the eBook after payment, due to technical problems. In that case, it would be that we must have tried our best to get the eBook across to you by sending a direct download link and yet, it was not possible for you to receive the product. Please, ensure that you are satisfied with the content preview before placing an order, as there is no refund after paying and download the product.

If there is need to refund your money, we shall do it within 10 working days (max) after our Support Team confirms your refund.
